Student Eligibility: Open to all Harvard College students—freshmen through seniors of all concentrations—plus Master's and PhD students of the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences (GSAS) and Harvard Extension School (HES) students in degree-granting programs.

The Diversity Opportunities Fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with diverse student populations at Harvard early in the fall semester. This is particularly great timing to educate and connect to students about programs and opportunities early in their career-planning process, and to foster discussion about diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The Diversity Opportunities Fair is the perfect occasion to:

●  Connect with over 350 students from Harvard's diverse undergraduate and graduate student populations.
●  Showcase how your organization values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
●  Promote program, job, and/or internship opportunities and resources designed to recruit, support, and promote diverse talent.
Note: The Harvard Offer Policies (full-time and internship) apply to any candidates you pursue from the Diversity Opportunities Fair, even if you interview them off campus or outside our formal process.
