Students attending: Open to all Harvard University students.
Event Description: The Diversity Opportunities Fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with diverse student populations at Harvard. This is particularly great chance to educate and connect to students about programs and opportunities early in their career-planning process, and to showcase how your organization values diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Join the fair to promote program, job, and/or internship opportunities and resources designed to recruit, support, and promote diverse talent.
Organizations with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are encouraged to register. This includes diversity recruiting programs, statements, or resources in your organization, such as affinity groups, internship programs, and educational opportunities
- We will carefully review each registration to ensure that there is a balance of industry areas and opportunities represented for our students.
- Due to limited capacity at several of our Fall 2021 virtual career fairs, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate all organizations that are interested in attending a fair. We look forward to hosting a larger number of organizations when we return to in-person career fairs.
- In an effort to accommodate as many organizations as possible, employers cannot attend more than one fall career fair.
- Organizations participating in the Premier Employer Partner Program are eligible to attend multiple fairs.
NEW: All organizations are invited to access a career fair resume book. Please submit the Fall 2021 Career Fair Resume Book Form to purchase a resume book (cost per resume book is $25 nonprofit/government and $250 for-profit). The event resume book will be sent within 2 business days following the career fair. Please note, career fair participants will automatically have access to the event resume book.
