"Have you ever wondered what is consulting? Wondered where a career in consulting can take you? Wanted to get a glimpse into the day-to-day life of a consultant?

Deloitte’s Harvard recruiting team is excited to announce two programs this year, The Deloitte Early Mentorship Program and Deloitte National Leadership Conference, dedicated to Harvard sophomores to address these questions and more. Please see more information about the programs below:

The Deloitte Early Mentorship Program (EMP) One of the Harvard recruiting team’s flagship programs, EMP pairs you with one of our professionals over the course of the Spring semester to help you develop personally and professionally early on. Through this program, you will have the chance to gain early exposure to Deloitte, build a meaningful relationship with a young professional, and receive 1:1 guidance on academic preparation for consulting and career opportunities at Deloitte.

Deloitte National Leadership Conference (DNLC) Have what it takes to be a great leader? The Deloitte National Leadership Conference is an event for college and university students who demonstrate leadership potential, who are motivated to learn and grow, and who want to develop keen insights into what makes a strong leader.

Qualifications

• Pursing a bachelor’s degree in a business, accounting, technology or related field (sophomore standing) • Strong academic credentials (minimum GPA of 3.3) • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a team environment • Demonstrated problem solving skills • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; adaptive to change, creativity & selfconfidence; leadership qualities; team-oriented and collaborative • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your resume (including concentration and GPA) and a 300-word essay explaining your interest to cltully@deloitte.com by Sunday, February 21st @ 5pm ET. In your essay, please specify which program(s) you would like to be considered for. Participants can apply to both programs, but will only be accepted to one. If applying to both programs, you only need to submit one 300-word essay. If interested in DNLC please also complete our Deloitte posting on our career site here."
