Media has the power to shatter myths about 59 million Americans with disabilities. LCA was created to help support current and emerging professionals with disabilities in all media sectors (TV, advertising, movies, news, theatre and interactive, including video games).

Together, we can re-frame the media debate to include more authentic

disability representation in front of and behind the camera/keyboard - and

build talent pipelines and mentoring circles to increase employment opportunities.
