"McKinsey & Company would like to invite you to attend our MIT & Harvard Sophomore & Freshman Diversity Leaders Internship Info Session on Wednesday, November 13th in our McKinsey Boston Office. This event is open to freshman and sophomores at MIT or Harvard, in the class of 2022 or 2023 of any major who identify as Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, and/or Native American.

Current McKinsey consultants will lead several hands-on sessions during the program, including but not limited to:

  • An introduction to management consulting and consulting at McKinsey
  • Overview of FDLI and SDLI programs
  • Conversations with senior leadership, industry experts, diversity recruiting leads
  • Conversations with current Harvard students who have formerly participated in FDLI and SDLI
  • Networking Reception
