The Spring Career Fair is only open to MIT and Harvard students.

Looking for a job or internship? Doing some career recon? You never know who you'll meet at the Spring Career Fair. Have conversations with recruiters from over 80 companies across a variety of industries. All courses welcome!

The Spring Career Fair Committee curates the employer list from over 200 applications so that all majors and years will have an employer to talk to. The fair will also feature complimentary LinkedIn photos the day-of!

DRESS CODE for employer events: In following with our colleagues at Harvard Business School, we are encouraging students to attend all campus recruiting events in “smart” casual or business casual attire. We are asking students to refrain from business formal attire (suits) and follow our more casual dress guidelines, which include khakis, dress pants, skirts, button-down long sleeve shirts, sweater sets, blouses, etc. See the OCS Dress for Success page for examples.
