"On Sunday, February 23, the German exhibitors will hold an informative and dynamic workshop about the German research landscape, career paths and funding opportunities in Germany.

The information session will start at 11am with a “Welcome and Introduction” highlighting new developments and job opportunities in Germany for all participants. Participants will then have the opportunity to meet our experts at various round tables.

The topics include:

·         Pursuing Graduate Studies and Pathways to a PhD in Germany

·         Funding Opportunities (PhD, Postdoc, Junior Researcher)

·         Junior Research Group Leaders

·         Opportunities for Postdocs at Universities and Research Centers

·         Different Ways to a Professorship

·         Entry and Residence: Visa, work permit, social security, housing language and mobility
